Pricing questions
When can I change plan?
Upgrades apply at once from the workspace Settings page, charged pro rata for the rest of the period; downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period. Only an Owner can change the plan.
What if I need more than Pro?
Contact us. We can raise the limits for your workspace specifically.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yearly plans cost the same as 10 months.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card, or PromptPay, through Stripe on the Settings page. Cards are charged automatically each period; PromptPay sends an invoice to scan and pay within 7 days. Card details are entered on Stripe’s page and never pass through our servers.
Can I cancel?
Any time. You keep the plan until the end of the paid period, then the workspace returns to Free.
