File sizes, row counts and how each database behaves
Files and reports
- Excel: up to 1,048,575 rows per sheet (beyond that the run fails and asks for CSV or Parquet)
- Reports: files up to 100 MB, email attachments up to 10 MB, kept in Ruamhub for 30 days
- CSV / Excel import: up to 50 MB per file
- SQLite: uploads up to 100 MB per file
- Report templates: up to 100 fields, 300 elements, 40 table columns, sub-reports 2 levels deep, 200 templates and 100 fonts / images per workspace
Rows across databases
- SQL Editor across connections: SQL Server, Oracle and MongoDB tables are copied, the first 100,000 rows each
- Join Canvas: previews use the first 100,000 rows, runs at most 1,000,000 rows per table (for copied databases)
Per database
- MongoDB: columns from the first 500 documents, saved one document at a time with no transaction, views read-only, no Table Designer and no single-database SQL Editor
- SQLite: changes are made on the copy in Ruamhub; download it to get the changed file
- SQLite and MongoDB cannot receive pipeline results or file imports yet
- Tables without a primary key, and views, cannot be edited in Data Explorer
