Pipelines and reports

Write results to a table, schedule runs, send reports as files and email

Where results go

Press Output on the canvas and choose Write to a table (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server or Oracle, Replace or Append), Reports only, or both. Replace writes a staging table first and swaps it in, so readers never see half a result.

Reports

  • Formats: CSV, Excel (XLSX) or Parquet, or a report in your template as PDF, Excel or Word (see Report templates)
  • Destinations: Keep in Ruamhub (download from the Reports page for 30 days), email, SFTP, S3 / S3-compatible and Shared folder (SMB); several per run
  • Email: attachments up to 10 MB, larger files are sent as a download link; use Ruamhub’s mail server or your workspace’s own SMTP

Run and schedule

Press Run now or pick a schedule (every hour, every night at 02:00, weekdays at 08:00, Mondays, or your own cron). Pipeline Runs shows the status, rows written and the result of each destination; if a destination fails, the run fails.
